Why Clog Your Drain?

Long term problems await in the sewer pipe in your home drain when clogged with grease, fats and oils. It is tempting to just pour these items down your drain after cooking, but did you know these types of blockages could in fact result in a sewage backup in your own home, ruining almost everything you own? And the costs to repair and clean this up are not only expensive but also very hazardous to our environment. Like a clogged human artery, your pipes clog just the same with liquefied animal fat and grease. Our streets, parks and waterways could also be affected from an overflow or back up of sewage from these blockages. So please remember the next time you may think to dump your grease down your drain, think about the risk and threat this presents to the environment.
